Return & Refund Policy

This return policy applies to all products sold on Jenna Shop, especially custom‑personalized clothing, custom‑printed apparel, custom‑logo items, and custom‑size tailor‑made products.

1. Custom Products (Main Products)

All custom‑made items are FINAL SALE.
 
Once production starts, NO RETURN, NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE is allowed.
 
No refunds will be granted for:
 
‑ Customer change‑of‑mind after purchase
 
‑ Incorrect sizes, text or logo content submitted by buyers
 
‑ Colour differences caused by screen display, lighting or normal fabric‑batch variation
 
‑ Dissatisfaction with printing position, hand‑crafted details or fabric texture
 
‑ Personal reasons that make the item unwanted
Custom‑made goods are produced exclusively based on your specifications and cannot be resold, hence voluntary returns are not accepted.

2. Exceptional Refund & Remake Policy (Only Our Factory Errors)

Claims are only accepted for verified production mistakes on our end:
 
‑ Mis‑printed logos, wrong text or patterns
 
‑ Incorrect sizes manufactured by factory error
 
‑ Seam defects or fabric damage occurring before shipment
Buyers must submit clear photos or videos within 48 hours after parcel delivery. Free remakes, partial refunds or full refunds will be offered after confirmation.

3. Order Cancellation Rule

‑ Cancellation before production begins: 100 % full refund
 
‑ Cancellation after cutting, printing or production commences: No refund (raw‑material and labour costs have already been incurred)

4. Standard Ready‑Made Clothes (If applicable)

Non‑custom in‑stock items qualify for a 30‑day return. Goods must be unused, unwashed and retain original tags. The buyer bears return‑shipping fees.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7‑10 business‑days.
